Performance Appraisal
The appraisal of the principal is one of the board’s most important tasks. Many boards prefer to ask for outside assistance in this matter because of the need to comprehensively cover the Professional Standards and the Performance Agreement, which is a skilled and time-consuming exercise. We work with the board and the principal in establishing the parameters of the appraisal and we provide recommendations for future direction and goals.
We also work with the principal in the appraisal of the full senior leadership team and can work with you to review your current appraisal system and policies.
