Facilitation

There are times when there is value in having an independent person facilitate an important meeting, strategic planning session or review of progress. This enables the board and/or staff members to participate fully, by freeing them from the tasks of organising or chairing the event.

There are also times when it is helpful for a principal or board chair to talk to someone who is familiar with their type of school but is independent and objective.
